Operations Director

I've been with Mosaic since 1992 and have worked my way up from being a fresh faced 18 year old gym instructor through to joining the main Board as Operations Director in August 2017. I work closely with our Regional Managers and Head Office team to ensure we continue to provide the service and returns our clients and our members are looking for. I also take responsibility for the group's Health and Safety systems, ensuring we are compliant with all the latest industry regulations.

I enjoy the fact that there are lots of different aspects to my role, which means that not one week is ever the same.There's a lot of time spent in the car now, much in contrast with how I started out with the company as a fitness instructor. However, I'm proud of the fact that I've since worked in almost every position up to my current role, having previously been a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, Club Manager and now Operations Director.
