Independent Hotel Show 2016
Mosaic Spa and Health Clubs experienced another successful year as an exhibitor at the Independent Hotel Show at Olympia in London. The annual event which ran this year from 18th to 19th October, provides a platform for over 300 of the finest suppliers, service providers and experts to the hotel industry.
Exhibiting in the Destination Spa area, the stand provided valuable information to visitors about the Mosaic Group and the services they provide in management, consultancy and licensing.
In the show’s seminar programme, Managing Director, Dave Courteen was invited to speak on the benefits of integrating day spa guests into the Hotel spa offering. With a wealth of experience to share with them, the feedback from the 50+ delegates were extremely positive, with Dave inspiring them with ideas to help shape their businesses going forward.
Mosaic choose to only exhibit at The Independent Hotel Show because it has the greatest appeal to the range of clients they work with. It offers the perfect chance to catch up with existing clients, and of course meet potential new clients. After the success of this year’s Show, the Mosaic team are now busy following up leads and are confident that many will progress on to new contracts.
Dave Courteen explained: “We find the Independent Hotel Show to be a great event for us to network with the industry. Our best referral for new business is always going to be word of mouth and personal recommendation by our clients but this Show is really helpful at getting more people to be aware of our business. We enjoyed being part of the event and the seminar programme and hope that some of the Hoteliers we met, will end up becoming long-standing clients in the future. The interest in the Destination Spa area of the Show reinforces how important the spa is to the Hotel product mix and that a lot of Hoteliers recognise they need help in maximising the benefit of such facilities”.
Mosaic look forward to meeting new Hoteliers and clients next year.
