Even novice users will feel at ease on our state-of-the-art cardio-vascular and resistance equipment while our friendly team of leisure professionals will create a personal programme designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. They’re always on hand to help and advise you and will regularly review your progress.
Swimming Pool & Hydrotherapy Bath
Our swimming pool is a great way to complement your exercise regime or the ideal place to cool down and unwind after a strenuous session in the gym. The bubbling hydrotherapy bath uses directed water jets of varying intensity to help to massage muscles and relax the mind.
Sauna and Steam Room
After a dip in the pool or in between treatments, take advantage of our fantastic poolside facilities. The heat of the sauna and steam room are designed to help relax the muscles and ease any aches or pains. If all thats not enough you’ll find plenty of seating on poolside where you can simply chill out and read the paper.
